With that in mind, we are proud to announce that Warren Ju, our Client Systems Architect, recently obtained his CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer certification, better known as CTT+ certification.
Ju, who oversees all training and system implementations for VAIRKKO clients, obtained his CTT+ certification designation after much study and hard work. He passed a 90 minute 95 question test and performed a training presentation that was reviewed and graded by CompTIA. Ju stated “that the course and exam provided him with a great understanding of how to best train each one of our clients.” Ju explained that the course taught both learning theory and practical skills that he could leverage to improve client learning and success. He went on to state “One of the most beneficial things that I learned was ways to customize the training to meet the client’s specific needs and learning style.” He further explained that the course reemphasized “the need to engage students, provide them with positive feedback and to get them involved in their training.” Ju is excited to use this knowledge to improve the customer experience and increase client success.
